 Tiger Recruitment is working with a UHNWF based in New York who is looking for a tech-savvy Personal Assistant / House Manager to help navigate their busy life. This role straddles supporting their busy personal life as well as executive assistant needs, as both principals have their own investment businesses. All candidates must be very detail-oriented, trustworthy, and very familiar with vendor management. They are looking for candidates who have supported principals who have worked in finance. To apply you must have experience working for UHNW as a Personal Assistant / House Manager. All candidates must have great project management skills preferrably with a project management software.
 
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage principals' calendars, scheduling calls and appointments, whether professional or personal
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and make travel, restaurant, or entertainment bookings
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage collections such as art, wine, or cars
 </li>
 <li>
 Source items, from ordering supplies on Amazon to researching products to finding the rare
 </li>
 <li>
 Help plan parties &amp; events
 </li>
 <li>
 Recruit, interview, on-board, and guide household and administrative employees (under principals' supervision)
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee property management of primary and secondary residences, including finding and booking services &amp; contractors, and possibly overseeing renovations
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate with various vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee contructions and repairs
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate household moves and processes with real estate agents
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize financial and tax information and professional firms, and complete routine forms
 </li>
 <li>
 Occasionally travel ensure that principals are set up correctlt.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain CRM for one principal
 </li>

 My client, an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family office, is seeking an exceptional, Mandarin-speaking Executive / Personal Assistant to support the Principal, a third-generation leader overseeing a diverse portfolio of family businesses across the United States and Asia.
 
 
 This is a fast-paced role within a sophisticated and well-established family office environment. The Principal is deeply involved in executive-level business matters alongside significant personal commitments, requiring a highly capable right hand to ensure seamless coordination across all areas.
 
 
 You will join an established team of experienced assistants based in Los Angeles and internationally, playing a key role in supporting the Principal at the highest level.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 THE ROLE
 
 
 
 This is a true EA/PA hybrid position, offering broad exposure across business operations, personal support, financial coordination, and property management.
 
 
 The role requires a proactive, resilient, and highly organized individual who can operate autonomously, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a high-demand environment.
 
 
 You will support the Principal, as well as immediate family members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple residences, business interests, and personal commitments.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 WHAT YOU'LL DO
 
 
 
 
 Executive &amp; Personal Support
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring effective prioritization
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel (commercial and private), including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a gatekeeper for the Principal, managing communications and liaising with internal teams, advisors, and external stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee administrative workflows including reporting, expense management, and approvals
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate meetings, events, and engagements, including logistics and on-site support
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage ad hoc requests and special projects with discretion and efficiency
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Household &amp; Lifestyle Management
 
 
 <ul>

 Oversee the smooth operation of multiple residences in Los Angeles
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate household staff including chef, driver, and housekeeper, as well as pet-related needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage personal schedules, appointments, and family logistics for The Principal and family
 </li>
 <li>
 Support property maintenance, vendor management, and household procurement
 </li>

 Financial, Banking &amp; Investment Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with banking administration, including account management, documentation, and transactions (wires, ACH, transfers)
 </li>
 <li>
 Support investment processes including capital calls, subscription documents, and coordination with legal and financial advisors
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor account activity and maintain organized financial records
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with fund administrators, investment managers, and financial institutions on behalf of The Principal
 </li>

 Bookkeeping, Tax &amp; Audit Coordination

 Support tax and audit processes through document collection, organization, and deadline tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and advisors to ensure compliance and timely filings
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation across multiple entities

 Foundation &amp; Philanthropy

 Support the day-to-day operations of private foundations, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards

 Assist with grant processes, documentation, and coordination with advisors

 Property &amp; Project Management

 Oversee maintenance, insurance, and vendor coordination across residential and commercial properties

 WHO YOU ARE

 Fluent in Mandarin / Chinese (essential)

 Significant experience supporting UHNW individuals, principals, or senior executives
 </li>

 Proven background in hybrid EA/PA roles across both business and personal support
 </li>

 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a complex, fast-moving workload

 Financially literate, with exposure to investments, tax processes (e.g. K-1s), and financial documentation
