Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Dispatch service tickets/work orders to technicians based on skillset and availability<br>
</li><li>
Maintain and update the shop&rsquo;s workflow board to ensure smooth daily operations<br>
</li><li>
Communicate regularly with technicians and service advisors to monitor progress<br>
</li><li>
Check in with team members throughout the day to support workflow efficiency<br>
</li><li>
Assist with coordinating job status updates<br>
</li><li>
Support general service department operations as needed</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
