Schedule: Mon-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Compensation: Salary + Commission

Qualifications:

<li>5 years Previous Used Car Buyer experience required</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li>
<li>Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred.</li>
<li>Available to work flexible hours and weekends.</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for overseeing the reconditioning process for used and inventory vehicles.</li>
<li>Oversee Lot Attendants and photographers, ensuring that they maintain the organization and presentation of our vehicle inventory.</li>
<li>Works with Vin Solutions and General Manager to maintain optimal used inventory levels.</li>
<li>Responsible for reviewing and approving or denying requested work on Used Vehicle Inspection (UVI) reports.</li>
<li>Coordinates post-sale reconditioning and service tasks.</li>
<li>Responsible for conducting thorough VIN inspections on all used vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation.</li>
<li>Works closely with the service department and business office to ensure that new vehicles are prepped and ready for delivery to customers.</li>
<li>Responsible for creating and affixing all necessary stickers.</li>
<li>Collaborates consistently with the service department.</li>
<li>Verifies and confirms vehicle features listed in online listings are accurate and reflect the actual condition and specifications of the vehicle's.</li>
<li>In cases of vehicle repossession, you will be involved in coordinating the process and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Oversees the Key Track system, ensuring the safe and accountable handling of keys to dealership vehicles.</li>
<li>Initial point of contact if the store alarm is triggered, taking appropriate actions to ensure the security of the dealership.</li>
<li>Assists in facilitating audits by finance partners, such as Ally, to ensure compliance and transparency.</li>
<li>Responsible for accurately coding and processing invoices from vendors in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Purchase parts and pickup from dealers If necessary.</li>
<li>Coordinate pickup/drop off of parts and vehicles from dealers or vendors.</li>
<li>Serves as the administrator for reconditioning software, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
