Job Summary:</b></p><p>
The Manufacturing Engineer will drive continuous improvement efforts in production processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions on new equipment, tooling, and fixturing to optimize manufacturing capabilities.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Principal Duties:</b></p><ul><li>
Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.</li><li>
Identify opportunities for waste minimization and implement lean manufacturing principles.</li><li>
Collaborate with design and production teams to develop and introduce new equipment, tooling, and fixtures.</li><li>
Establish and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.</li><li>
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.</li><li>
Support capital project planning and execution for manufacturing equipment upgrades.</li><li>
Train production staff on new processes and equipment to ensure seamless adoption.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques and lean manufacturing principles.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with equipment selection, tooling, and fixture design.</li><li>
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD preferred).</li><li>
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>
Familiarity with industry standards such as ANSI, ISO, or ASME is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
