We are on the search for a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and contribute to our success.


Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineer will drive continuous improvement efforts in production processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions on new equipment, tooling, and fixturing to optimize manufacturing capabilities.


Principal Duties:

  • Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Identify opportunities for waste minimization and implement lean manufacturing principles.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to develop and introduce new equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
  • Establish and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support capital project planning and execution for manufacturing equipment upgrades.
  • Train production staff on new processes and equipment to ensure seamless adoption.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment selection, tooling, and fixture design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ANSI, ISO, or ASME is a plus.
