Position: Manager / Assistant Manager &ndash; Maintenance Location: Malur (Time Technoplast Ltd.)Time Technoplast Ltd., Malur unit, a leading manufacturer of plastic products, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager / Assistant Manager &ndash; Maintenance to join our team.Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Maintenance department within a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong mechanical engineering background</li><li>Proven experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, utility systems, and plant equipment</li><li>Ability to lead maintenance teams, plan maintenance schedules, and ensure minimal downtime</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting practices</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the entire maintenance operations of the Malur manufacturing unit</li><li>Ensure optimal functioning of all plant machinery and equipment</li><li>Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance activities</li><li>Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime</li><li>Manage maintenance budgets, spares inventory, and vendor coordination</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
