Manager / Assistant manager - Maintenance

Position: Manager / Assistant Manager – Maintenance
Location: Malur (Time Technoplast Ltd.)

Time Technoplast Ltd., Malur unit, a leading manufacturer of plastic products, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager / Assistant Manager – Maintenance to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Maintenance department within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical engineering background
• Proven experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, utility systems, and plant equipment
• Ability to lead maintenance teams, plan maintenance schedules, and ensure minimal downtime
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting practices
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire maintenance operations of the Malur manufacturing unit
• Ensure optimal functioning of all plant machinery and equipment
• Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime
• Manage maintenance budgets, spares inventory, and vendor coordination
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
