As we continue to grow, we&rsquo;re looking for a motivated and reliable Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team!( 2 years minimum experience required in Restaurant industry related to Pizza brands).Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.</li><li>Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support as needed.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and maintaining high standards.</li><li>Monitor food preparation, quality, and safety to comply with health and sanitation regulations.</li><li>Manage cash handling, inventory, and shift reporting accurately.</li><li>Train new employees and reinforce Timmy&rsquo;s policies and procedures.</li><li>Step in to support staff during peak hours.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant supervisory role preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.</li><li>Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
