Shift Manager (Askari XI)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and reliable Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team!( 2 years minimum experience required in Restaurant industry related to Pizza brands).

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and maintaining high standards.
• Monitor food preparation, quality, and safety to comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and shift reporting accurately.
• Train new employees and reinforce Timmy’s policies and procedures.
• Step in to support staff during peak hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
