Production Night Shift Incharge

Qualification : Matric/FA/DAE/BA

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience of production

Skills: Depth knowledge and skills of Shoe Lasting, Injection Moulding, DESMA and Finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee the night shift manufacturing, assembly, and packing processes to ensure compliance with production schedules and KPIs.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of footwear to ensure that materials, stitching, and assembly meet quality standards.
• Staff Supervision: Manage and train night shift workers, fostering a positive work environment, and addressing employee concerns or performance issues.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish raw materials or Finished Goods.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure the production floor adheres to safety protocols, and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare shift-end reports detailing production metrics, machine performance, and any issues encountered.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
