Associate Product Manager (SaaS)

Job Summary:

Programmers Force is looking for a motivated Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the development and growth of our SaaS products. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in product research, competitive analysis, and working closely with technical teams on APIs, integrations, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product planning, roadmap execution, and feature prioritization
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence
• Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and system workflows
• Gather and translate business requirements into product specifications
• Support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives
• Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
• Analyze product performance and recommend improvements
• Use AI/LLMs and modern tools to enhance productivity and decision-making

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management / Associate Product Manager role (preferably SaaS)
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical workflows
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis, or product strategy
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
