Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of game development tasks.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure milestones are met.
• Collaborate with internal departments including QA, Development, Art and Customer Service to streamline workflows and resolve blockers.
• Support documentation processes, including maintaining project trackers, status reports, and production plans.
• Identify risks early and assist in developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Champion a positive and collaborative team culture, facilitating clear and consistent communication across all departments.
• Prioritize tasks and track day-to-day work with product managers to ensure objectives are met on time.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a production or coordination role or any other relevant position in the software or game industry within the gaming industry, having shipped at least one title through the full production cycle.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ShotGrid.
• A passion for gaming and a desire to contribute to the creation of outstanding player experiences.
