Dynamicsols is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Specialist to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in streamlining administrative processes and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support administrative operations and staff coordination
- Ensure office cleanliness and liaise with housekeeping staff
- Manage administrative budgets and track expenses effectively
- Utilize MS Excel for reports, data management, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
- Keep office records, documentation, and supplies well-organized
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role (Admin Assistant / Admin Specialist)
- Strong command of MS Excel (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
