This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to excellent patient care and support the smooth operation of our busy dental clinic.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet patients warmly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit</li><li>Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software such as open dental</li><li>Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle billing inquiries .</li><li>Manage patient intake forms, update electronic health records (EHR systems), and review documentation for accuracy and completeness</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary</li><li>Maintain organized dental records, files, and medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations</li><li>Assist with dental coding</li><li>Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean and professional front desk environment</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is highly preferred; clinic or dental clinic experience is a plus.We are also willing to train</li><li>Some knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology.</li><li>Proficiency with dental practice management software such as open dental</li><li>Exceptional patient service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly in accordance with HIPAA standards</li><li>Strong organizational skills with experience in medical billing, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and administrative supportJoin us in delivering outstanding dental care by providing top-tier administrative support!
