The role involves managing SEO strategies, leading a small SEO team, and training students through practical assignments and live projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a passion for mentoring future professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy and Execution<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings</li><li>Conduct advanced keyword research aligned with business objectives and course offerings</li><li>Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and meta data</li><li>Ensure SEO best practices across all digital assets</li></ul>Off-Page and Technical SEO<ul><li>Develop and manage ethical white-hat link-building strategies</li><li>Monitor backlinks, citations, and business listings</li><li>Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals</li><li>Coordinate with developers for implementation of technical improvements</li></ul>Analytics and Performance Monitoring<ul><li>Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead conversions</li><li>Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms</li><li>Prepare structured weekly and monthly SEO performance reports</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead, assign, and monitor work of junior SEO executives and interns</li><li>Review tasks, ensure quality standards, and meet SEO KPIs</li><li>Coordinate with content, design, and development teams</li></ul>Training and Student Mentorship<ul><li>Train students in practical SEO concepts including on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO</li><li>Design structured training modules, assignments, and real-time projects</li><li>Guide students on tools, industry practices, and career readiness</li><li>Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of proven experience in SEO with measurable results</li><li>Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.</li><li>Ability to lead teams and train beginners effectively</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms, and website architecture</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in EdTech or training institutes</li><li>Experience handling interns or junior team members</li><li>Knowledge of content marketing and conversion optimization</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
