Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven SEO Specialist who will also act as a Team Lead and Trainer. The role involves managing SEO strategies, leading a small SEO team, and training students through practical assignments and live projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a passion for mentoring future professionals.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy and Execution

• Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings
• Conduct advanced keyword research aligned with business objectives and course offerings
• Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and meta data
• Ensure SEO best practices across all digital assets

Off-Page and Technical SEO

• Develop and manage ethical white-hat link-building strategies
• Monitor backlinks, citations, and business listings
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals
• Coordinate with developers for implementation of technical improvements

Analytics and Performance Monitoring

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead conversions
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms
• Prepare structured weekly and monthly SEO performance reports

Team Leadership

• Lead, assign, and monitor work of junior SEO executives and interns
• Review tasks, ensure quality standards, and meet SEO KPIs
• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams

Training and Student Mentorship

• Train students in practical SEO concepts including on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO
• Design structured training modules, assignments, and real-time projects
• Guide students on tools, industry practices, and career readiness
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO with measurable results
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Ability to lead teams and train beginners effectively
• Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms, and website architecture
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in EdTech or training institutes
• Experience handling interns or junior team members
• Knowledge of content marketing and conversion optimization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
