Overview We are looking for a confident, creative individual who is comfortable on camera and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment. This role works under the direction of the Social Media Manager to help create engaging, authentic content that highlights vehicles, promotions, dealership culture, and community involvement.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Appear on camera in social media videos, promotional campaigns, and dealership marketing content</li><li>Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to execute creative video ideas and campaigns</li><li>Create and assist in short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook</li><li>Present vehicle features, promotions, and special offers in an engaging and informative way</li><li>Shoot and edit video content using current social media trends</li><li>Research and save trending content ideas for future use</li><li>Visit dealership locations to capture photos and videos</li><li>Participate in photoshoots, video shoots, and marketing initiatives</li><li>Collaborate and help coordinate with team members to create engaging and informative content</li><li>Attend check-ins with the Social Media Manager to review ideas, campaigns, and promotions</li><li>Represent Tipton Auto Group in a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable manner</li><li>Attend check-ins with the Social Media Manager to review ideas, campaigns, and promotions</li><li>Assist in coordinating and attending dealership events</li><li>Capture and create content (photos/videos) during events</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with customers and team members</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Experience creating social media content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)</li><li>Ability to present products or promotions confidently and creatively</li><li>Understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing</li><li>Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)</li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment</li></ul>Application Process To apply for this position, please attach<ul><li>A resume</li><li>A 15&ndash;30 second video introducing yourself and why you would be a great fit for this role</li><li>A public link to your video (YouTube, Vimeo, or a similar platform) so it can be easily reviewed</li></ul>Note: The video link may be included on your resume or submitted as a separate link.Thank you for your interest in joining Tipton Auto Group.
