Content Creator (On-Camera)

Overview
We are looking for a confident, creative individual who is comfortable on camera and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment. This role works under the direction of the Social Media Manager to help create engaging, authentic content that highlights vehicles, promotions, dealership culture, and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Appear on camera in social media videos, promotional campaigns, and dealership marketing content
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to execute creative video ideas and campaigns
• Create and assist in short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Present vehicle features, promotions, and special offers in an engaging and informative way
• Shoot and edit video content using current social media trends
• Research and save trending content ideas for future use
• Visit dealership locations to capture photos and videos
• Participate in photoshoots, video shoots, and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate and help coordinate with team members to create engaging and informative content
• Attend check-ins with the Social Media Manager to review ideas, campaigns, and promotions
• Represent Tipton Auto Group in a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable manner
• Attend check-ins with the Social Media Manager to review ideas, campaigns, and promotions
• Assist in coordinating and attending dealership events
• Capture and create content (photos/videos) during events

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with customers and team members
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience creating social media content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Ability to present products or promotions confidently and creatively
• Understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
