 About the Role
 
 
 
 The Business Operations Associate will support the leadership team and Business Operations function by managing administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role ensures seamless day-to-day functioning across travel, procurement, event planning, and internal communications.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles and Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage calendars, travel, and expense reports for assigned leaders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate vendor and procurement activities, including purchases, documentation, and payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support event and meeting logistics, ensuring smooth execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with Finance for expense tracking and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain communication, documentation, and data for internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct basic research and prepare reports as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills and Qualifications
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 3 to 5 years
 
 of experience in executive/operations support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, coordination and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of MS Office, Google suite tools and basic documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organized, proactive, flexible and detail oriented.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative and team player.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
 </li>
