About the Role

The Business Operations Associate will support the leadership team and Business Operations function by managing administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role ensures seamless day-to-day functioning across travel, procurement, event planning, and internal communications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, travel, and expense reports for assigned leaders.
• Coordinate vendor and procurement activities, including purchases, documentation, and payments.
• Support event and meeting logistics, ensuring smooth execution.
• Liaise with Finance for expense tracking and reporting.
• Maintain communication, documentation, and data for internal teams.
• Conduct basic research and prepare reports as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in executive/operations support.
2. Strong communication, coordination and multitasking skills.
3. Knowledge of MS Office, Google suite tools and basic documentation.
4. Organized, proactive, flexible and detail oriented.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
6. Collaborative and team player.
7. Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
