Role Summary
The role is responsible for end-to-end store-level order fulfilment operations, ensuring timely pickup, quality checks, packing, dispatch, and returns handling. The individual acts as a key link between brand stores, pickup points, delivery partners, and internal TMS riders, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Product Pickup & Inbound Handling
Coordinate with brand stores to collect products as per system-generated orders.
Ensure accurate pickup of SKUs, quantities, and variants from the brand store.
Receive products at the designated pickup point / hub and acknowledge receipt in the system.
Perform Thorough Quality Checks On Received Products, Including
Product condition (damage, defects, stains, usage marks)
Correct SKU, size, color, and tagging
Follow defined QC SOPs and acceptance criteria.
Flag discrepancies or quality issues immediately to relevant teams.
Ensure QC activities are completed within defined TATs.
Pack Shipments As Per Brand And Logistics Guidelines, Ensuring
Correct packaging material
Proper labeling and documentation
Secure packaging to avoid transit damage
Prepare Shipments For Dispatch To
External delivery partners
Internal TMS riders
Handover shipments with proper scanning, manifests, and proof of dispatch.
Allocate delivery tasks to TMS riders based on route, capacity, and priority.
Track rider movement, delivery status, and adherence to timelines.
Resolve on-ground issues related to delays, misroutes, or failed pickups/deliveries.
Ensure rider compliance with process, safety, and customer handling standards.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain Daily Operational Reports Including
Pickups completed
Orders packed and dispatched
Pending and delayed shipments
QC rejections and reasons
Share periodic reports with supervisors and stakeholders.
Ensure accurate data entry in systems and trackers.

Returns Management & Unboxing
Receive customer returns at the pickup point or hub.
Perform return unboxing strictly in front of CCTV cameras as per compliance requirements.
Validate Returned Products For
Condition
Correct item and tags
Signs of usage or tampering
Update return status in the system and route items as per SOP (restock, RTV, disposal).
Escalate discrepancies or suspected fraud immediately.
Ownership & Accountability
Ensure order-level accuracy from pickup to dispatch.
Maintain process compliance for QC, packing, dispatch, and returns.
Reduce losses, damages, and customer complaints through vigilant checks.
Meet operational SLAs and TATs consistently.
Skills & Competencies Required
