Assistant Logistics Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Manager – Domestic Logistics will oversee all domestic shipment operations, including FTL (Full Truck Load) and PTL (Part Truck Load) across all parts of India. The role requires managing supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end domestic supply chain operations for FTL and PTL shipments across India.

Coordinate with manufacturing partners, logistics providers, and internal teams.

Handle domestic logistics documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Optimize logistics and supply chain costs while maintaining service quality.

Monitor shipment timelines and resolve logistical challenges promptly.

Requirements:

Graduate with 3+ years of experience in domestic logistics or supply chain (preferably in the chemical industry).

Hands-on experience handling domestic logistics (FTL & PTL) across all parts of India (road transport).

Strong understanding of documentation, quality, and compliance in domestic shipments.

Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
