Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager with a strong background in Ocean and Air Freight Forwarding. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in domestic and international freight services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business for Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) and Air Freight services
• Identify and acquire new customers across industries (Importers, Exporters, Traders, Manufacturers)
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with operations, pricing, and documentation teams for smooth execution
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and networking events

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 to 10+ years of experience in Ocean / Air Freight Forwarding sales
• Strong knowledge of:
• International logistics & shipping procedures
• Incoterms, freight pricing, routing, and documentation
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and handle key accounts
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / Post-Graduate (Any stream)
• Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain qualification will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience with freight forwarding companies / CHA / logistics firms
• Strong client network in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai region
• Self-motivated, aggressive, and target-driven mindset

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
