Assistant General Manager - Operations

Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end logistics and parcel operations across all Pan India hubs.

Ensure smooth functioning of hubs, branches, and line haul operations.

Monitor daily operational KPIs such as TAT, delivery performance, productivity, and losses.

Implement SOPs and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Strategic & Business Support

Support the General Manager in developing operational strategies and expansion plans.

Assist in setting annual targets and operational budgets.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Support new hub launches and network expansion initiatives.

Team & People Management

Lead, guide, and monitor regional / hub managers and operations teams.

Ensure manpower planning, training, and performance management.

Resolve operational escalations and employee-related issues.

Build a performance-driven and compliant work culture.

Handle key customer escalations and service-level discussions.

Review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,600.79 - ₹82,550.46 per month
