Titan Hotel Group is in search of a driven, detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our growing team. In this role you would be responsible for reconciling balance sheet accounts, performing month end duties and projects assigned across multiple hotel properties and corporate entities.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review financial data for accuracy and reconciling balance sheet activity including cash, prepaids, sales tax payable, mortgage payable, escrows, etc. across multiple properties</li><li>Reconcile subledger activities for A/R and A/P</li><li>Prepare and update debt schedules</li><li>Create EOM reporting package for multiple hotel properties</li><li>Engage with preopening and dispositions for accounting related initiatives</li><li>Contribute to audits and ad hoc assignments from Corporate Controller and ownership executives</li><li>Work with internal and external customers in a professional manner</li><li>Adhere to accounting principles for integrity in results</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Position Experience and Requirements<ul><li>Minimum five (5) years of proven balance sheet work experience in medium to large company industry</li><li>Minimum five (5) years of direct experience with preparing P&amp;L&rsquo;s and reporting analytics to executive leadership</li><li>Four year college degree in business or accounting from an accredited university or associated degree with required work experience</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, TEAMS and MS Office</li><li>Knowledge of M3 accounting system a plus, but not required</li><li>Hotel accounting experience preferred</li><li>Must be honest, dependable and accountable</li><li>Must work well with multiple priorities including internal and external customers</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Physical Setting:<ul><li>Office</li></ul>Work Location: In person
