Benefits <ul><li>Engagement: 12 month Fixed Term contract or permanent staff considered</li><li>Location: Perth Airport</li><li>Competitive salary offered</li></ul> Qualifications & Skills <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Extensive Project Engineering experience within civil contracting sector</li><li>Airport project experience advantageous but not essential</li><li>Strong background in earthworks, drainage, utilities, and service infrastructure</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and deliver complex civil works</li> <li>Strong background in cost, schedule, and progress analytics, including Earned Value Management (EVM)</li> <li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Sound understanding of safety and quality management systems</li></ul> Duties & Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead the delivery of the inground services package, ensuring compliance with design, budget, and program requirements.</li> <li>Manage subcontractor performance, procurement, and project documentation.</li> <li>Oversee cost control, scheduling, and progress measurement, applying strong analytical and project controls principles.</li> <li>Monitor and report on budget performance, forecast shifts, and project progress against key milestones.</li> <li>Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.</li> <li>Provide guidance to site and project teams to ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are upheld.</li> <li>Drive process improvement, efficiency, and consistency across project delivery.</li> <li>Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.</li></ul> About Our Client Well regarded Western Australian civil consultancy company specialising in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across transport, aviation, resources, and urban development sectors. Senior Project Engineer - Civil

Role Opportunity. A leading engineering and project delivery consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with a strong mining background. This role will be instrumental in the technical design and delivery of a diverse range of mining infrastructure projects. Diverse range of mining projects</li> <li>Perth CBD based</li> </ul> Qualifications & Skills <ul> <li>Formal Civil Engineering qualifications</li> <li>8 years experience + across technical civil engineering roles.</li> <li>Strong experience in Earthworks, Roadworks and Drainage design engineering in a relevant industry, e.g., mining, mineral processing, materials handling, and heavy industrial.</li> <li>Engineering consultant background required</li> <li>Able to work closely with clients, vendors and suppliers</li> <li>Able to complete engineering and project documentation</li> <li>Excellent safety attitude</li> <li>Excellent team skills</li> </ul> Duties & Responsibilities <ul> <li>Produce civil engineering designs of mining and resources projects, including site infrastructure, bulk earthworks, access/haul roads, drainage systems and associated civil infrastructure.</li> <li>Prepare and review engineering documentation, drawings, and technical reports.</li> <li>Provide design input across feasibility, concept, and detailed design phases.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.</li> <li>Apply design standards, specifications, and quality assurance procedures.</li> <li>Mentor junior engineers and support the development of team capability.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and design efficiency.</li> </ul> About Our Client A well-regarded engineering and project delivery consultancy specialising in mining and resource projects.
