Position: BookkeeperReports To: Operations ManagerPosition Summary: As the Bookkeeper at Titan USA, Inc., you will be responsible for recording, maintaining and managing the Company&rsquo;s financial transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely reporting.Essential Duties: In keeping with the policies and procedures of the organization, along with all relevant legislative authority, the Bookkeeper will:&middot; Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately log income, expenses, sales, purchases and payments utilizing Plex.&middot; Maintain General Ledger: Reconcile accounts including Balance Sheet reconciliation, correct discrepancies, and ensure ledger accuracy.&middot; Month End Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements and reports by reviewing and recording monthly journal entries &amp; accruals. Reconciling accounts by comparing bank information to records.&middot; Accounts Payable: Review, verify and process invoices received from vendors. Propose weekly payment schedules to management. Maintain positive vendor relationship.&middot; Accounts Receivable: Generate &amp; distribute accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner. Process customer payment receipts. Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue customer accounts.&middot; Capital Expenditure: Evaluate and prioritize capital expenditure projects, providing financial justification and ROI analysis.&middot; Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking budget, identifying variances and recommending adjustments.&middot; Expense Management: Monitor and approve expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.&middot; KPM Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (KPMs) related to production efficiency, quality, and financial performance, providing regular updates and actionable insights to management.&middot; Plex Production Software Management: Utilize Plex production software system for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.&middot; Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide decision support to senior management as required.Education and/or Experience: The Bookkeeper will have at least 2 years of Manufacturing experience, combined with a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required. Must also have a strong understanding of manufacturing accounting principles and standard costing.&middot; Proficiency in date entry.&middot; Experience with ERP systems, preferably Plex production software.&middot; Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP and industry standard accounting.&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.&middot; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.&middot; Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.&middot; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.&middot; Strong organizational and time management skills.&middot; Attention to detail and good judgement / analytical skills.&middot; Able to communicate professionally, verbally and in writing with all levels of team members and customers (if required).&middot; The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Job Type: TemporaryBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
