We are committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel seen, supported, and confident.Position OverviewAs the Front Desk Receptionist &amp; Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, embodying the warmth and professionalism that defines the TITE experience. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless front desk operations, managing appointment scheduling, client interactions, and administrative tasks, all while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. We are currently looking to fill a part time spot to work alongside additional front desk roles.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Appointment Management: Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for providers.</li><li>Communication: Handle phone, web, and email inquiries, providing information about services offered.</li><li>Financial Transactions: Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.</li><li>Coordination: Coordinate with the medical team to ensure efficient workflow.</li><li>Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical spa.</li><li>Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives and client follow-ups.
