Position: Remote Real Estate Closing Processor Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>File Management: Manage the entire closing process from contract receipt through post-closing, ensuring all deadlines are met.</li><li>Documentation: Review title commitments, prepare closing disclosures (CDs) and HUD-1 settlement statements, and draft closing documents in compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations.</li><li>Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
