Help us build something unforgettable!We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer, enjoy making craft cocktails, and be committed to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting high-quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.</li><li>Engage with customers, providing friendly service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.</li><li>Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS system</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service, especially during events such as banquets or catering services.</li><li>Prepare bar and seating areas for events in a timely manner</li><li>Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies.</li><li>Promote upcoming brewery events and initiatives</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in bartending is required.</li><li>Cicerone Beer Server certification is a plus</li><li>Sunday availability is required. You won't have to work every Sunday, but we're looking for 2-3 per month, along with other day or night shifts.</li><li>Experience with Toast POS is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests and inform them about events and special offers</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.</li><li>Willingness to take direction</li><li>No drama--we want to create a fun, team-focused employee environment where everyone is supportive and has the same goal</li></ul>Join us in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable moments for our guests!Job Type: Part-timePay: From $11.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
