Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Patent Specialist to manage patent drafting, filing, research, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of patent laws, prior art search, IP documentation, and coordination with legal authorities. This role involves guiding teams on patentability and ensuring the company&rsquo;s intellectual property is protected effectively. Key Responsibilities:Patent Drafting &amp; Filing &#61623; Draft high-quality patent applications (provisional and complete). &#61623; Prepare required documentation for patent filing in India and international jurisdictions. &#61623; Work closely with inventors, engineers, and R&amp;D teams to understand innovations. Patent Search &amp; Analysis &#61623; Conduct prior art searches, freedom-to-operate searches, and patentability assessments. &#61623; Analyse technical documents and evaluate novelty, inventive steps, and claim strategy. &#61623; Use patent databases such as WIPO, USPTO, Google Patents, EPO, etc. Patent Prosecution &#61623; Manage correspondence with patent offices and examiners. &#61623; Respond to examination reports, office actions, and legal queries.&#61623; Track deadlines and ensure timely filings and renewals.
