Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct accurate site measurements and assessments to determine material requirements, layout plans, and installation specifications, ensuring all flooring areas are properly prepared before work begins.</li><li>Install parquet flooring in various styles, including herringbone, chevron, and standard patterns, while following project drawings, design specifications, and industry best practices to achieve high-quality results.</li><li>Cut, shape, and fit wood pieces with precision around walls, corners, door frames, and other obstacles using professional tools, ensuring smooth alignment, tight joints, and a flawless finish.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the project and perform thorough cleanup upon completion, ensuring the workspace is left in excellent condition and ready for client inspection.</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience in parquet or hardwood flooring installation</li><li>Strong knowledge of tools, adhesives, and finishing materials</li><li>Excellent craftsmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail</li><li>Team player with good communication skills</li><li>Ability to work efficiently and according to project schedules</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
