Sales & Design Consultant

Overview:Responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects from the initial estimation to the final figures, ensuring value for money while maintaining the required standards and quality.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Price and forecast the cost of different materials required for the project</li><li>Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities (BOQ), and other necessary documentation</li><li>Track design or construction changes and adjust budget projections accordingly</li><li>Procure or agree on the services of contractors and/or subcontractors involved in the project</li><li>Measure and value work completed on-site</li><li>Prepare and review bills submitted by subcontractors</li><li>Select and/or source construction materials and send quotations to vendors</li><li>Prepare purchase orders and project-related reports</li></ul>What we're looking for:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Qatar</li><li>Strong knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and regulations</li><li>Valid Qatar Driving License (required)</li><li>Ability to join immediately</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
