FF&E Designer

Respnsibilities:

• Preparing FF&E concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Selecting furniture, fixtures, finishes, fabrics, lighting, and accessories based on project requirements.
• Preparing FF&E schedules, specifications, BOQs and material documentation.
• Sourcing products and obtaining quotations from local and international suppliers.
• Reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and technical submittals for compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinating with the Sales, Projects, Procurement, and Estimation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attending client meetings, site visits, and project coordination meetings when required.
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring FF&E deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Keeping up to date with market trends, new materials, and supplier offerings.
• Ensuring all FF&E selections comply with project budgets, quality standards, and design intent.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in FF&E Design or Interior Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and product specifications.
• Experience preparing BOQs, specifications, and coordinating with suppliers.
