Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end flow of goods, from sourcing to final delivery.</li><li>Liaise with internal teams (production, sales) and external partners (vendors, transporters, customs).</li><li>Monitor stock levels, manage warehouses, and ensure material availability.</li><li>Plan and optimize shipping routes, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.</li><li>Analyze freight rates, negotiate with carriers, and find efficiencies.</li><li>Ensure all shipping documents (invoices, customs) are accurate and meet regulations.</li><li>Generate reports, analyze performance, and suggest process improvements.</li></ul>Core Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain principles.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency with logistics software and Tally .</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
