Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end flow of goods, from sourcing to final delivery.
• Liaise with internal teams (production, sales) and external partners (vendors, transporters, customs).
• Monitor stock levels, manage warehouses, and ensure material availability.
• Plan and optimize shipping routes, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
• Analyze freight rates, negotiate with carriers, and find efficiencies.
• Ensure all shipping documents (invoices, customs) are accurate and meet regulations.
• Generate reports, analyze performance, and suggest process improvements.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with logistics software and Tally .
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
