<div><div>PRIMARY FUNCTION: Performs the day-to-day HR matters, orientation, ensuring documentation returned,<br>
ensuring audit compliance for HR, and training compliance for new hires, report new hires to NC, complete I-9&rsquo;s<br>
and submit to e-verify, ensure all PII is kept confidential.<br>
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Works collaboratively with staff and managers to:<br>
<ul><li>Responsible for employees through the complete cycle of employment.</li><li>Provide detailed orientation of new hires, including but not limited to:</li></ul>
Scheduling training<br>
Verify all licenses and education with primary sources.<br>
Obtain references and/or employment verifications and file in records.<br>
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with completion of documentation and training. Reach out to staff to assess any issues</li></ul>
preventing completion of requirements.<br>
<ul><li>Ensure all electronic records are uploaded, maintain compliance with various auditing and credentialing</li></ul>
agencies.<br>
<ul><li>Follow up on expiring licenses, liability insurance, etc. and upload copies to electronic records.</li><li>Complete I-9 duties for new hires ensuring documentation is accurate and filed</li><li>Communicate onboarding times/dates and information to others as required.</li><li>Assist with quarterly and annual verifications for NCNR, OIG and Medicaid exclusion list as requested.</li><li>Participate in recruiting and job fairs as assigned.</li><li>Assist with FMLA</li><li>Assist with ADA</li><li>Update job descriptions and develop SOP&rsquo;s as requested.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the HR Director or COO.</li></ul></div><p></p><p><br>
