We are seeking a high-energy Product Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for designing new products, improving existing ones, and supporting hands-on work that brings designs to market. A sharp attention to detail and a focus on quality are essential for success. The position requires the design and documentation of parts, assemblies, and the overall management of project development from conception to productionKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and contribute across the full product development lifecycle&mdash;from concept and design to prototyping, testing, and production.</li><li>Create sketches, renderings, and CAD models to visualize innovative product concepts.</li><li>&middot;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality results and successful product releases.</li><li>Produce accurate engineering models, drawings, and specifications that meet design standards and manufacturability requirements.</li><li>Create and maintain detailed product assemblies, parts, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).</li><li>Support creation of technical documentation, instructions, and visual assets for new product launches.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years of SolidWorks experience (3D modeling, assemblies, drawings)</li><li>Minimum 3 years of mechanical design and product development in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Experience designing injection-molded, sheet metal, and other fabricated parts</li><li>Strong ability to visualize theoretical models and translate concepts into manufacturable designs</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Advanced knowledge of design principles, tolerances, precision drawings, solid modeling, mathematics, and finite element analysis (FEA)</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Good project management and organizational abilities</li><li>Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid time off (PTO)</li><li>Paid holidays</li></ul>Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
