With 250,000+ social media followers and branded distribution teams actively creating and posting Tmat content across Europe, Australia, South America, Central America, and Asia, we are building a truly global brand from the ground up.

We sell direct-to-consumer on tmat.com, on Amazon (Brand Registered), and through branded international partners. We are social-first, content-driven, and in a high-growth stage. This is an in-person, fast-paced environment where experienced e-commerce and marketing leaders set the standard and everyone is expected to keep up.

Role Overview

This is not a behind-the-scenes job. You are on camera every day. You are the face people see when they stop scrolling and watch a Tmat video. You shoot content, you go live, and you build a genuine connection between real customers and a real American-made product.

We have 250,000+ followers across our channels and post multiple times per day across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube. Our target is 450+ posts per week across all channels — powered by a full-time VA team that clips and edits your raw footage. Your job is to create the content worth clipping. Our own in-house content consistently outperforms influencer content. We are looking for the person who makes that happen.

This is an in-person position based in Oklahoma City, OK.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily On-Camera Content: Film original video content every day — product demonstrations, storytelling, behind-the-scenes, and more across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Live Streaming: Host scheduled live streams on Meta and TikTok, engaging directly with followers in real time.
• Hands-On Product Knowledge: Work directly with Tmat products — you need to know what you're talking about because our audience does.
• Content Pipeline Collaboration: Feed raw footage into our VA editing pipeline and brief the team on priorities, hooks, and key moments worth highlighting.
• Brand Voice: Bring authentic, unpretentious energy. We poke fun at ourselves before anyone else can. We engage with our community directly and genuinely. You can build your own face into this brand — that's the goal, not a side effect.
• Platform Coordination: Work closely with the Social & International Coordinator to align content with the posting schedule and platform needs.

Qualifications

• Proven on-camera presence — show us your work, not just your resume.
• Experience with live streaming on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
• Comfort shooting high-quality content on iPhone or similar equipment — we can provide gear or work with yours.
• A natural ability to connect with an audience and make them feel like they know you.
• Energy that holds up daily — this is not a once-a-week shoot schedule.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume content environments.
• Automotive or outdoor product enthusiasm is a plus but not required — genuine curiosity and willingness to get hands-on is.

Performance Metrics

• Leading: Volume of original content produced per week; number of live streams completed on schedule.
• Trailing: Organic reach, engagement rate, and follower growth across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
