This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. The Fulfillment Coordinator supports the full order process &mdash; from order entry and release through picking, packing, and shipping &mdash; while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and teamwork.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and participate in daily picking, packing, and shipping activities</li><li>Monitor and perform cycle counts of inventory</li><li>Ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery</li><li>Track shipments and resolve fulfillment issues</li><li>Communicate with warehouse staff and internal departments</li><li>Cross-train to support order entry to order release processes</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>High School Diploma necessary / College Degree preferred</li><li>1-2 years&rsquo; experience in customer service</li><li>Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping &amp; receiving, or materials handling roles</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>Attention to Detail</li><li>Data Entry</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines in fast paced environment</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
