Job Overview
Water Sports is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member to step into the role of Order Fulfillment Coordinator. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. The Fulfillment Coordinator supports the full order process — from order entry and release through picking, packing, and shipping — while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in daily picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Monitor and perform cycle counts of inventory
• Ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery
• Track shipments and resolve fulfillment issues
• Communicate with warehouse staff and internal departments
• Cross-train to support order entry to order release processes

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma necessary / College Degree preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service
• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials handling roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attention to Detail
• Data Entry
• Ability to meet deadlines in fast paced environment

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
