 Senior Sales Representative (Digital)
 
 
 , at our Lahore office, to grow and strengthen our business. The goal is to bring in new customers&nbsp; and ensure successful onboarding.&nbsp;&nbsp;

 This position reports to the Assistant Sales Manager, and is one of the key roles as he/she is responsible for managing business needs. With an extremely ambitious plan to conquer the local market, this position is the bridge between the clients and internal team.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Work together with the sales team to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Identify potential businesses who can benefit from our clients services (Courier Services).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Actively participate in sales meetings, communication, and negotiations to win clients.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Conduct calls to outbound and inbound leads.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Respond to social media queries to convert leads into clients.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Uses data and technology adaptation to make decisions and improve processes.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Convince qualified leads of the value of our services and convert them into active clients.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure quality conversions.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Develop team mindset and skills to make them contribute to continuous improvement.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of leadership team objectives.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Curate and maintain sales pipeline with consistent follow ups to ensure effective conversions.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain active pipeline and follow up with previous leads.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain active check on industry and trends.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 2+ years of experience in a sales (digital sales)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong conversion and lead generation experience.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong efficiency in the sales pipeline.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
