Senior Sales Associate (Digital)

We are looking for an ambitious and result oriented Senior Sales Representative (Digital) , at our Lahore office, to grow and strengthen our business. The goal is to bring in new customers  and ensure successful onboarding.  

This position reports to the Assistant Sales Manager, and is one of the key roles as he/she is responsible for managing business needs. With an extremely ambitious plan to conquer the local market, this position is the bridge between the clients and internal team.  


Responsibilities


  • Work together with the sales team to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Identify potential businesses who can benefit from our clients services (Courier Services).
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, communication, and negotiations to win clients.
  • Conduct calls to outbound and inbound leads.
  • Respond to social media queries to convert leads into clients.
  • Uses data and technology adaptation to make decisions and improve processes.
  • Convince qualified leads of the value of our services and convert them into active clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure quality conversions. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Develop team mindset and skills to make them contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of leadership team objectives.
  • Curate and maintain sales pipeline with consistent follow ups to ensure effective conversions. 
  • Maintain active pipeline and follow up with previous leads.
  • Maintain active check on industry and trends.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales (digital sales)
  • Strong conversion and lead generation experience. 
  • Strong efficiency in the sales pipeline.
