The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing B2B sales channels for electric bikes, targeting corporate clients, fleet operators, delivery companies, universities, and government organizations. The role focuses on increasing bulk sales, building long-term partnerships, and expanding the brand’s presence in the electric mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Corporate Business Development
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for fleet sales
- Develop partnerships with delivery companies and logistics operators
- Explore government and institutional tenders
- Generate bulk order opportunities
2️. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly corporate sales targets
- Develop territory-wise B2B sales strategy
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Prepare and present commercial proposals
3️. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews
- Ensure timely delivery and after-sales coordination
4️. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor fleet pricing and offerings
- Identify new industry segments for EV adoption
- Provide market feedback to management
5️ .Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with operations for inventory planning
- Work with marketing team for corporate campaigns
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in corporate/B2B sales (automobile or EV preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience handling fleet or institutional sales is a plus
- Good understanding of EV market trends
