Business Development Executive – Digital Solutions (Software & Marketing Services)

Location: Lahore
Preferred Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 130,000 (as per experience slab) + Commission

IPS Pakistan is seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to expand our Software Development and Digital Marketing services portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Upwork bidding, B2B outreach, and proposal development, along with a basic technical understanding of web and eCommerce platforms.

Major Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

• Generate high-quality leads through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant portals.
• Conduct targeted B2B outreach to initiate and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture and convert leads into long-term clients.

Proposal & Sales Pipeline Management

• Manage the complete Upwork proposal lifecycle, including crafting compelling proposals and negotiating contracts.
• Develop professional proposals, presentations, and client communication.
• Track and manage sales pipelines to ensure consistent deal flow.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align project scope with client expectations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic technical knowledge of WordPress and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Webflow, and WooCommerce.
• Understanding of eCommerce workflows and digital service models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Client Relationship Management.
• Expertise in Proposal Development and Sales Pipeline Management.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Other IT Skills

• Upwork account management and optimization.
• Familiarity with Webflow and digital development workflows.
• Ability to understand and present software development and digital marketing services effectively.
