Business Development Executive

Location: Bahria Town (On-Site)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience generating leads and closing projects through LinkedIn and Upwork. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, proposal writing, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads via LinkedIn and Upwork
  • Send customized proposals and bids on Upwork
  • Build and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Communicate with potential clients and schedule meetings
  • Maintain CRM and follow up with prospects
  • Negotiate project terms and close deals
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development
  • Proven experience working on LinkedIn and Upwork
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in proposal writing and bidding
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic understanding of digital services (e.g., Web Development, Marketing, etc.) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
