Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Officer to boost student admissions and build strong institutional and corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive student admissions growth and convert leads into enrollments
• Manage parent and student consultations professionally
• Develop partnerships with schools, institutions, and corporate organizations
• Identify new business opportunities and collaboration channels
• Negotiate partnerships and finalize MOUs
• Maintain relationships with existing partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
