Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive for our packaging company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, dealing with clients, and increasing company sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new clients (manufacturers, retailers, distributors).
• Promote company packaging products (boxes, cartons, custom packaging, etc.).
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare sales reports and update management on sales progress.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with production and design teams for client requirements.
• Visit clients and conduct product presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Own bike and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
