Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, for our client drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving financial targets, managing staff performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations
• Achieve sales and revenue targets
• Monitor branch profitability and cost control
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues
• Prepare and submit performance reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (Banking / Currency Exchange.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
