The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing staff performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. The role includes maintaining salon standards, handling client concerns, and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage staff, including receptionists, stylists, and technicians
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Handle daily branch operations, scheduling, and staff rotations
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and salon ambience as per brand standards
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reporting, and financial records
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support marketing/promotional activities
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience (salon/spa industry preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality customer service
• Knowledge of salon operations, services, and products
• Good command of MS Office and digital systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
