We are looking for a high-caliber Business Development Executive to help expand our international pipeline and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Commission is paid in USD. At an average our BDs earn approximately $500–$900 USD in commissions every month, on top of your base salary. Base salary are performance-linked and can reach PKR 200,000 as you hit revenue milestones.
This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling, can build trust with decision-makers, and is confident selling service-based technology solutions to international markets. You will play a central role in identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, supporting discovery, and moving deals toward close in close coordination with the founder.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound outreach, referrals, platform-based lead generation, and relationship development
- Identify and engage founders, CTOs, and business stakeholders who may require custom web or product development services
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities based on business need, budget fit, urgency, and project scope
- Book discovery calls and prepare clear lead briefs for internal review
- Participate in discovery conversations and help move qualified opportunities through the sales process
- Share proposals, manage follow-ups, and maintain consistent communication until closure
- Keep CRM records fully updated, including lead status, notes, follow-up actions, and pipeline movement
- Track market signals such as hiring trends, funding activity, launches, and expansion indicators to identify potential prospects
- Maintain relationships with previous clients and contacts to generate repeat business and referrals
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a related B2B commercial role
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and building pipeline, not just handling inbound inquiries
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients
- Confidence in speaking with founders, executives, and decision-makers on calls and in written communication
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to understand business pain points and position service-based solutions effectively
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and CRM discipline
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of performing in a remote, target-oriented role
- A solid understanding of software services, product development, digital solutions, or the broader technology space
Preferred Background:
- Experience selling software development services, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or digital solutions
- Exposure to clients in the US, UK, Canada, or Europe
- Experience working in an agency, software house, consulting, or startup-facing environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, sales qualification, and proposal follow-up
